- The 'Directory' means the website structure and listings of Homes2Gardens.co.uk.
- Privacy Statement: Session cookies are used during your visit to the Directory to enable us to analyse visitor navigation patterns. This cookie lasts for only 15 minutes after the last page you visit in the Directory. We may occassionally employ longer term cookies for browsers that have been used to submit listings in an effort to reduce submission spamming of the Directory. These cookies will last more than 1 week but less than 3 months. Niether type of cookie can personally identify the individual browser. Longer term cookies may be set purely for the use of tracking affiliate referals, but these occur only from affiliate referals and identify the affiliate, not the browser.
- Email addresses supplied during the submission process are only used for renewal reminders or information relating to Directory administration. We do not pass on the email addresses of any individual or company submitting to the Directory to third parties.
- You agree to be bound by the following conditions of use by submitting to or using any part of the Directory. If you don't wish to be bound by these conditions, then you may not use the Directory. We may change these conditions of use at any time without prior notification.
- Only one free submission per person, company, group or email address to the directory. Submissions from the same person, company, group or email address after the first free one will be deleted unless at least one enhanced option is selected per submission.
- Submissions of a sexual, adult, illegal or questionable nature are not accepted. All submissions are checked prior to acceptance.
- We reserve the right to reject submissions which we consider to be suspicious, have poor or short descriptions, of low value to the directory or represent a conflict of interest.
- Any offers or representations made by companies listed in the Directory are the responsibilities of the respective companies. By listing any company in the Directory; Mediafusion does not endorse suitability, quality, availability or price of that company's products or services.
- No compensation will be due to any persons resulting from server outage or any other lack of availability of this site.
- Mediafusion accept no responsibility for any losses or damages occurring due to inaccurate or misleading information contained on this website. Mediafusion make considerable efforts to check submissions via Homes2Gardens but no warranty or fitness is implied.
- Refunds will be given at the discretion of Mediafusion.
